Both ForgeRust servers wipe monthly, on the official Rust force wipe: the first Thursday of the month, when Facepunch releases the update (2pm Eastern, 7pm UK). The map and bases reset; on PvP your blueprints stay unlocked.

Force wipe, map wipe, BP wipe

What is the Rust force wipe?

Once a month Facepunch releases the Rust update on the first Thursday. Every official and community server has to update, and the new version can't load the old map, so every server starts on a fresh map that day. That's the force wipe.

What is a map wipe?

A map wipe resets the world: bases, loot and items are gone and everyone starts again. ForgeRust map wipes happen on the force wipe.

What is a BP wipe?

A blueprint (BP) wipe also resets the items you have learned to craft. On our Rust PvP server every blueprint is unlocked from the start, so a BP wipe never slows you down there.

What time does Rust force wipe?

Usually around 2pm Eastern (11am Pacific, 7pm UK), when the update goes live. Servers are back online once they have updated.
